I pound of ground chuck
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 small box of Tater Tots (enough to cover the bottom of the dish)
1/2 cup sour cream
I cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground chuck, drain, and place in the bottom of casserole dish.

Mix the Cream of Mushroom soup and sour cream and layer over the meat. Sprinkle the cheese on top.

Layer the tater tots on top of the cheese.

Cook in a 350 degree over for 1 hour
