Ingredients:  
2 pounds of cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/4 cups of oleo
......Blend together.....
3/4 pound of cubed cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons of flour
1 box of chopped frozen spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain. Mix all ingredients together and add salt/pepper. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees and 1 hour.
(half hour covered and half hour un-covered)
