Lily's Cashew Chicken Recipe

8 Chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of oyster sauce
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of cornstarch

Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Cover chicken with this mixture then roll in a mixture of half flour & half cornstarch. Roll in first mixture again. Fry in peanut oil. Cook until chicken is done, 8-10 minutes

Dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add salt. Add oyster sauce, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Spoon over the chicken, and garnish with chopped green onions and cashews.
