Mint Brownies Recipe

Brownie recipe:
1 (16 ounce) Hershey’s Syrup
4 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar

Mint Filling:
2 cups of confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon of mint extract
4 teaspoons of margarine
1 tablespoon of water

Chocolate topping:
1 cup of chocolate chips
6 tablespoons of margarine

Brownie - Bake in Jellyroll pan for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
Mint Filling - Mix together and spread on top of the cooled brownie mix
Chocolate Topping - Melt in microwave safe bowl on low until smooth...Spread on top of mint filling.
