12 slices of bacon fried (1/2 pound) and crumbled
1 cup (or more!!) of shredded cheese (Pepper Jack, Monterey, Swiss, or all 3)
1/3 cup of chopped onion
.....Sprinkle these items into a greased pie plate......
2 cups of milk
1 cup of bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients for 1 minute in an electric blender. Pour into pie plate over the bacon, onion and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes...Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. (sausage can be added or substituted for bacon. Add spinach to recipe for extra flavor)
