1 pound macaroni
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 carrots shredded
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 cups real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain & Cool. Add vegetables and mix well. Combine sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, salt & pepper. Add to macaroni mixture. Mix thoroughly and chill at least four hours. Makes 10 servings.
