1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 quarts of popcorn (20 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Keep popcorn warm in a 200 degree oven. Melt butter, stir in sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla and pour over popcorn. Mix well and turn into two roasting pans. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour stirring and tossing every 15 minutes.
