1 cup powder sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 cup margarine 1 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 4 cups plus 4 tablespoons flour
Cream sugars, butter, oil. Beat eggs and add. Sift dry ingredients together and add to all. Roll into small balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes until lightly brown.
