Ingredients:  
1 c brown sugar (or evaporated cane juice or sucanat),
4 oz (1/2 c) med firm tofu or extra firm SILKEN tofu,
½ c unsweetened cocoa,
1/3 c flour,
¼ c water,
4 tsp pwd egg replacer,
½ tsp salt,
½ tsp soda,
½ tsp bak powder,
OPT: ¼-1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Combine in food processor until smooth…sugar, tofu, cocoa, egg replacer, vanilla, vinegar. In a medium bowl whish flour, salt, soda, and bak powder. Add mixtures and mix briefly—Add nuts (optional, we never do nuts). Pour into 7X11 or 8X8 pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes.
