Pumpkin Bars Recipe

4 eggs
1c. oil
2c. sugar
1tsp. vanilla
2c. pumpkin
1tsp.baking soda
2 tsp.cinnamon

Cream Cheese Frosting:
3oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 stick butter (softened)
4-6c. powdered sugar
1tsp vanilla
2-3 tbs.milk

Beat eggs and oil together. Add sugar, vanilla and pumpkin. Mix and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Slowly add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. Mix together until all lumps are gone. Pour into a greased cookie sheet that has sides on it. Bake @ 350 for 20 min. Let cool, and top with cream cheese frosting.
