2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
16 ounce can red or pink salmon
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. frozen green peas, thawed
5 lg. boiled potatoes, mashed with a little milk

1. For white sauce: Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.

2. Combine salmon, white sauce, peas, and sliced eggs and place in buttered 2-qt. casserole dish. Put mashed potatoes on top. Place a few pats of butter on top. Heat in oven approximately 30 to 45 minutes at 350.
