7 jalapeņos
7 cups chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup cilantro
2 cups onions
1 cup green peppers
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 tsp cumin
3/4 cup vinegar
3-5 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a large pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 1/2 hour or to desired consistency. Yields 3 liters.

You can add 1 more cup of cubed green bell peppers and 1 1/2 cups cubed red bell peppers.
