1 small loaf white bread
2 cups diced celery
¾ cup diced onion
6 hard boiled eggs
2 cans tiny shrimp
2 cans crabmeat
2 cups mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crust off of bread and dice into small cubes. Add celery and onion, and grate the 6 eggs. Mix, cover and refrigerate for 12 hours…..then, add shrimp, crab and mayo and refrigerate another 12 hours. Serve!

You would never know there was bread in this. Great stuff! Serve on bruschetta, in celery sticks, or mushroom caps, or just eat with a spoon!
