2 cloves garlic, minced
6 tbsp light olive oil
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry parsley, OR 1 tbsp. fresh
1 lb. salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium glass bowl prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley. Place salmon fillets in marinade, and marinate in refrigerator about 1 hr, turning occasionally.

2. Preheat oven to 375

3. Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in a 9x13 glass baking dish, and bake 35 to 45 minutes, until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
