4 pork steaks
1 small onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 small potatoes
1 -10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp salad oil
4 medium carrots
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. flour
1 -4 oz. can of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook onion till tender. Trim fat off of steaks and coat with flour. Add to skillet and brown well. Stir in undiluted soup, mushrooms with the liquid and the remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
