2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese (more to taste)
1/4 lb. crushed soda crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Lawrey's seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add seasoned salt to margarine. Dip fish in margarine mixture, then in the crumbs. Bake fish at 350 for 3/4 hour and bake chicken at 400 for 1 1/2 hours.
