broiler-fryer, cut up
flour
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cornstarch
salt and pepper
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken with flour, salt, and pepper, and brown in oil. Drain off excess oil. Combine pineapple, barbecue sauce, cornstarch and ginger. Pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until done.
