16 Rhodes bake and serve rolls thawed (takes 3-5 hours to thaw)
1 pkg hot dogs
mashed potatoes
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
-Put 2 rolls together and flour it. Use a rolling pin and roll out rolls to make a "sheet of dough" big enough to fit a hot dog in it with enough room for folding the dough over.
- Put a spoonful of mashed potatoes in center then top with some cheese then place the hotdog then put another spoonful of mashed potatoes and some more cheese. Then fold up the shorter sides first then the longer sides last and roll up like a blanket.
-Place on greased cookie sheet. Repeat until all hotdogs are used. Bake at 350 for 25 min or until bottom is browned.
-Will make 8 pig in the blankets.

I never was given a recipe for this. I was showed how to make it. You can use any dough recipe you want to. When you cook it you cook it for the temperature and time that the dough recipe calls for. I have made it with homemade dough before and even croissant rolls.
