2 c. fresh broccoli (if frozen, use 1-10 oz.pkg., thawed and drained, do not cook)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Cook broccoli till tender. Drain, mix broccoli, onion, green pepper, and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or one minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted half-way between center and edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
