1 small can crushed pineapple
1 scant cup of sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pkg lemon jello
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pint of whipped heavy cream
1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients for 3 minutes. Dissolve 1 pkg of lemon jello in the hot water. Add pineapple mixture and let cool. When it is slightly set add the grated cheese, whipped cream and walnuts. Refrigerate to set at least 4 hours. Garnish with maraschino cherries and nuts
