Eggs (as many as you like)
Cold water to cover.

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in bottom of saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil, uncovered. When water is boiling turn off heat source but leave pan on hot ring. Cover with saucepan lid. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Rinse with cold water and peel off shells. Shell will virtually slide off leaving the perfect hard boiled eggs!
