1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except for vanilla in medium saucepan. Heat to rolling boil. Boil for 1 min. without stirring.

2. Remove pan from heat and place pan in a large bowl of ice water. Beat frosting until smooth and stiff. Stir in vanilla.
