1 Tbsp olive oil
8 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 lb shrimp cleaned
1/4 tsp salt
1/2-3/4 C white zinfandel
2 Tbsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet/med-high heat. Add pepper, garlic and bay leaf. Saute 30-60 seconds, add shrimp, parsley. Cook 3 minutes. Remove shrimp from skillet. Pour wine and re-add shrimp when at a boil and toss.
Serve over gnocchi or pasta of choice.
