Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
½ c. buttermilk ranch salad dressing
12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thing strips (I like to used frozen chicken tenders. After I thaw them, I don’t have to cut them and it makes the recipe that much easier)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside (I use parchment paper instead. It makes for crispier chicken and a much faster clean-up). In a shallow dish combine the cornflakes and basil. In another dish place the ½ c. of dressing. Dip chicken strips into dressing, roll in crumb mixture to coat. Arrange strips in prepared pan. Bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Serve with remaining dressing or BBQ sauce.
