Crust:
2 egg whites
1/2 c sugar
1/8 t salt
1/8 t cream of tartar

Filling:
1 stick butter
3/4 c sugar
2 sq bitter chocolate
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Beat egg whites until stiff, add other ingredients
1 teaspoon at a time. Beat until thick.
Shape in greased pie pan and bake at 275
degrees for 50 minutes.

Filling:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs by ones and
melted chocolate and vanilla. Pour in shell. Chill.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip and shaved
chocolate or pecan bits.
