Tortilla Soup Recipe

1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped (Optional)
1 Onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 ½ oz) stewed tomatoes
4 Cups Stock (Chicken)
2 cans tomato soup
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ teas. Lemon Pepper
2 teas. Worcestershire Sauce
4 Corn tortillas, Sautéed lightly
Option: Cheese & Sour Cream

Sauté Onion, Jalapeno pepper, garlic, and tomatoes in large kettle for several minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except tortillas, cheese, and sour cream. Simmer for 1 hour.
About 10 to 20 min before serving sauté corn tortillas (Cut into strips) then drain.
Put into soup.
