1 TSP SALT
1 TSP PEPPER
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP ONION POWDER
2 15 OZ. CANS GREEN BEANS
1 15 OZ. CAN CORN
1 15 OZ. CAN PETITE TOMATOES
1 7OZ. CAN SLICED MUSHROOMS
1 8 0Z.CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1/2 CUP BACON BITS
1 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE (GRATED)
8 MED RED POTATOES CUT INTO CHUNKS

PLACE POTATOES ON TO BOIL WHILE YOU...
BROWN MEAT IN SKILLET AND DRAIN
ADD ALL CANNED VEGETABLES AND SIMMER FOR 5 MIN.
ADD MUSHROOM SOUP WITH ONE CAN OF WATER(USING EMPTY CAN FROM SOUP) TO THE MIXTURE. PLACE INTO CASSEROLE DISH.
PREPARE MASHED POTATOES (WITH SKINS ON)
AND COVER THE TOP OF MEAT MIXTURE.
SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER TOP OF POTATOES
SPRINKLE BACON BITS OVER POTATOES
SPRAY FOIL WITH PAM AND COVER CASSEROLE DISH
PLACE INTO PREHEATED OVEN OF 350F FOR 20 MIN. OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.

I am submitting this recipe in memory of my sister. This was one of her favorite recipes, though I tweeked it a bit, I think of her when I prepare this for my family. Bobbie Londene was a great mother, grandmother and sister. She was a great lady and teacher at Crosby High for several years.
