2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
3 T. chili powder
1 1/2 T. salt
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1/2- 1 cup finely shredded carrots
1 cup diced potatoes

Directions:

Brown and drain combined ground beef and finely chopped onions. Add all the rest of ingredients. Cook on medium for 45 minutes or add it all to a crock pot and cook on low for 3 hours.

I usually double or triple this with my boys. They love the potatoes in it. So simple to make in crock pot and delicious !
