Round Steak--cut about 1" thick.
Salt, Pepper and Flour
Mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Round Steak into portion sizes that are 1" thick. Brown steak coated with seasoned flour. Place in foil pan. Layer browned steak and mushroom soup. When pan is full, fill with water to top of steak and cover tightly with foil.
NEXT DAY: Bake covered tightly for 4 hours at 325. Can serve 25-30 people.
