1 -2 lbs. ground beef 5 or 6 bell peppers
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 egg
10-oz can tomatoes and green chilies
1 Cup cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut tops off bell peppers. Remove seeds and rinse. Place peppers in a 4 quart Dutch oven.
2. Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, and rice in large mixing bowl. Stuff bell peppers with mixture. Make large meat balls with leftover mixture, if any.
3. Pour tomato sauce over stuffed peppers.
4. Pour tomatoes and green chilies over and around stuffed peppers.
5. Add about a 10-oz can of water around peppers.
6. Cover and cook on medium heat until water starts boiling, then reduce heat. Cook about 30 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
