1 pkg. fresh chopped spinach
4 grated hard-cooked eggs
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
5-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg frozen peas
1 head lettuce, broken fine

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Miracle Whip with a little milk

2/3 c. marbled jack cheese and lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients, ending at lettuce. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Miracle Whip©. Add a little milk to make a smooth consistency. Spread over lettuce and refrigerate at least 12 hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle finely shredded marble jack cheese over top. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
