1 8oz lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 c water
1 15 oz container Ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 c water
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 T. parsley flakes
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

Brown ground beef, drain excess fat, add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and 1 cup water. Mix well.

In a large bowl mix together the Ricotta cheese, beaten egg, Mozzarella cheese, 1/3 cup water, 1/4 Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.

To assemble - use uncooked lasagna strips.

Layer in 9 x 13 as follows:
1 2/3 cup sauce, lasagna strips, 1/2 cheese mixture, 1 2/3 cup sauce, lasagna strips, rest of cheese mixture, 1 2/3 cup sauce, lasagna strips, remaining sauce, top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375, covered with aluminum foil for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
