2 1/2 tablespoon butter
10 (12 oz.) peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 jar dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt and stir together butter and peanut butter chips in microwave on medium heat setting. Take mixture out and add sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows. Microwave for 15 seconds to soften marshmallows slightly. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Cover the bottom of the pan with 1/2 of the peanuts. Spread the warm mixture over the peanuts. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on the top. Push down slightly. Chill. Flip mixture on cutting board and cut into 1 x 3 inch pieces.

I make these bars for a cookie exchange each year. I put red and green baking sprinkles on the bottom of the pan with the peanuts. When the pan is flipped the decorations are on the top.
