1 lb. hamburger
Little sage
1 egg, beaten
1 can tomato sauce or soup
1 small chopped onion
salt & pepper to tast
3 double crackers (12 single saltines)

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers. Combine all ingredients in a bowl to mix well. Transfer to loaf pan and cook 1 hour at 350.
