1 packet graham crackers, crushed
cup sugar
6 tbsp butter, melted
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
tsp vanilla extract
1 (16 oz) containers sour cream
3 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, cup sugar and butter; mix well. Press graham cracker crust mixture into an ungreased 10-inch spring-form pan; set aside.

Beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in teaspoon vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until cheesecake is set.

Beat sour cream at medium speed 2 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and teaspoon vanilla; beat 1 more minute. Spread over cheesecake. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature on a wire rack; cover and chill 8 hours.
