3lbs. chicken wings
salt and pepper
2 T. oil
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 T. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off small wing tips of each chicken wing and discard. Cut remaining wings into two parts. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oil and set aside.

Preheat oven to 375.

Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken pieces. Make one layer of coated chicken pieces in a baking dish. Bake one hour or until pieces are thoroughly cooked and the sauce is carmelized. If chicken starts to burn, reduce heat.
