1 box Pound cake
Plums (very ripe)--cut in half and seeded
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease and dust with flour a jelly roll cake pan. Prepare the Pound cake according to pkg. directions. Pour into pan spreading evenly Place a halved plum (cut size up) evenly over batter, pressing down slightly. Bake according to pkg directions. Cool slightly, and sprinkle with powdered sugar which has been placed in a sifter. DELICIOUS!!

This recipe originated with Anna Roehrl--(her son, James was a friend of Randy's). Lynne made history stabbing her boy-friend (Patrick Darrow) with a fork, bringing BLOOD while feeding him the famous plum cake. TOO FUNNY for words!!
