1 stick butter
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida)
1 doz. eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked sausage (ham or bacon can be substituted)
2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish. Line bottom of dish with potatoes. Mix eggs with milk and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle sausage over this mixture, then sprinkle cheese over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45
min. to 1 hour.
Optional--1 t. salt can be added to the egg and milk mixture.
