1 15 oz. blackeye peas
1 11 oz. can shoepeg corn
1 small onion diced
1 small bell pepper diced
2 firm tomatoes diced
1 jar sweet pepper relish
8 oz bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse blackeyed peas and shoepeg corn. Mix everything together. Will last for several days in the refrigerator. Serve with corn chips or tostadas.
