cup margarine
cup minced onions
1 pound ground beef
1 minced garlic cloves
1 - 3 oz can of mushrooms
Salt and pepper for seasoning ground beef
pint sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
In butter saute onions until golden add meat, garlic, mushrooms, flour. Cook until the meat is browned. Add undiluted soup. Simmer 10 minutes add sour cream & heat thoroughly do not boil. Serve over noodles.
