1 Tablespoon olive oil,pork chops 3/4" thick,2 cloves garlic, 2 green onions sliced, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can sliced peaches,3 tablespoon soy sauce,3 tablespoon honey,1/4 cup pecan halves toasted and broken into pieces

Directions:
sear pork chops in olive oil. remove chops to a casserole dish. cook garlic and onions in pan for 1 minute and add to all other ingredients and pour over chops and simmer until fork tender (appx 30-45 minutes until fork tender) last 5-10 minutes add peaches and nuts. Serve over rice
