1/2 lb fresh spinach, trimmed, washed and dried.
8 slices of bacon, cut into pieces
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, drain. Leave 3 to 4 tablespoons of drippings in the pan; stir in vinegar, oil, soy sauce, sugar and salt.

Heat stirring just until boiling. Turn off heat. Add spinach to the skillet, toss to coat well. Spoon into a large salad bowl, letting excess drippings drain back into the skillet.

Sprinkle the bacon on top. Serve warm
