4 chicken breasts, cut up
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
2 packages of Ritz Crackers
1 sticks of butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 Teaspoons poppy seed (optional)
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
8 oz. fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers and add melted butter. Mix soup, poppy seeds, sour cream and mushrooms. Layer chicken, then soup mix, then crackers. Top with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in 9x13 pan or until bubbly. Add mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
