Ingredients:  
1 c diced chicken
˝ c shredded bell pepper
1 c shredded celery
˝ c water chestnuts
˝ c bamboo shoots
˝ c bean sprouts
˝ c shredded onion
˝ c almond slivers
1 ˝ T butter
2 T soy sauce
˝ c chicken bullion
1 T flour
2 c Chou main noodles, Fritos or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté peppers and onions in butter. Add all but flour, soy sauce and almonds. Cook till vegetables are tender. Thicken broth with flour and add soy sauce and almonds. Serve over noodles, rice or Fritos.
