1 pkg. German Chocolate Cake mix
1 1/3 cup water
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Bake one half of the batter in a 13 by 9 inch pan for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Melt 14 oz. bag of Light caramels.
Add cup melted margarine
1/3 cup evaporated milk
cups pecan pieces

Pour over just baked cake. Add remaining batter. Sprinkle with 6 oz. of chocolate chips. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on cake rack.
