Ingredients:  
1 package Oreida Southern Potatoes (frozen), 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. sour cream, 8 oz french onion dip (chip dip), 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 2 tsp minced onion.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour into bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Layer frozen potatoes, minced onion, mushroom soup, french onion dip, sour cream and then cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stir, and then continue baking for 30 minutes more. Enjoy!
