2 chicken breasts
1 cup salsa

Possible Toppings:
red pepper, sautéed
onion, sautéed
cheese
lettuce
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken breasts into 1/2 inch strips. Cook the chicken in a frying pan with the salsa. Saute red pepper strips and onion rings until tender. Serve with soft taco shells and toppings.
