1 can 7 oz tuna,drained and flaked
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 small avocado, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 medium tomatoes
salad greens

Directions:
Directions:
ŠIn bowl, combine tuna,lemon juice, avocado, salad dressing and onion; chill. Place tomatoes, stem side down. Cut Lengthwise to stem, but not quite through, making six wedges; arrange on greens. Spoon tuna mixture into tomatoes.
