1 cup self-rising flour
1 Tablespoon Crisco (heaping)
Add buttermilk enough so flour mixture sticks together. (A LITTLE AT A TIME)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix by hand. Flour wax paper and dough. Roll out dough and knead. The more you knead the tougher the biscuit. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown
