1/2-1 c raisens
l lb. carrots
l 8 oz) can crushed pineapple
Mayonnaise
Cream
sugar to tast
l t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Plump the raisins by letting them stand in boiling
water about l5 min; drain well.
Peel and shred carrots. Add undrained pineapple, enough mayo and cream for consistency, sugar to taste, and the raisins. Stir in vanilla.
Refrigerate to blend flavors.

You might want to drain the pineapple a little, if you think it's necessary for consistency. This is one of Dad's (Dale) favorite salad
